Please note the following to assist with your preparations:
- PARTNER REGISTRATION should be completed by no later than September 14, 2018.
- PAYMENT is due upon electronic submission of registration. We recommend payment by credit card. If you prefer to pay by check, it should be made out to NATA and mailed to NATA, P.O. Box 418, Montvale, NJ. Registrations will not be deemed completed until payment has been received and processed. Please register and remit payment as soon as possible as exhibition space will be assigned in order of complete receipt of registration and payment with priority to the highest sponsor levels. NATA reserves the right to reject any Partner registration received after September 14, 2018.
- ELECTRONIC & PRINT ADVERTISEMENTS: Download the Ad Specs 2018. Be sure to email your ad to Michael Liepman no later than Friday, September 14, 2018.
- SOFTWARE USER GROUP MEETINGS will take place on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 pm. To request one of six user group slots, please contact Michael Liepman no later than September 14, 2018.

- HOTEL/LOCAL AREA: For hotel & general information: Hotel Exhibit Info. All arrangements must be made directly with the hotel, and fees may apply. NATA has no responsibility for partner materials, equipment, signage, booth set-up or tear down, and/or arrangements made with the hotel for services such as electricity, Internet set-up or access, AV equipment rentals, etc.
- PARTNER TABLES: The conference hotel shall provide one 6 foot table with two chairs to display one table-top exhibit of appropriate wares in a proper manner in the common partner area. Note: only small/simple backdrops or banners, not to exceed 3.5′ wide and 7′ high will be considered/approved. All items must fit behind each partner’s table, and not block neighboring partners or walkways in the partner area.
